Personal data policy
Rules for collecting, processing and storing personal data of clients (hereinafter the Rules).
Those rules are established by the service of the Association of Investors of Ukraine (www.uaa.ua) and determine the procedure for accessing uaa.ua with personal data of users registered on the website www.uaa.ua. These rules are an integral part of the Public offer (agreement) with users of the website of the Association of Investors of Ukraine.
1. Substantive Principles.
By registering on the internet site www.uaa.ua, the User hereby agrees with these Rules and grants permission to the Association of Investors of Ukraine (futher - the Association) to collect, store, use and disclose their personal data in accordance with these Rules, the Laws of Ukraine "On Protection personal data "," On consumer protection "," On information protection in information and telecommunication systems ". Thjse rules are valid on the territory of Ukraine, from the moment of user registration on www.uaa.ua.
2. Collection and usage of personal data about the client.
Association may collect, store and use the following personal data:
- name (surname, name, patronymic);
- e-mail address;
- mobile phone number;
- date of birth;
- city;
- history of user use of the Association's website;
- nickname of the User;
- User password.
User agrees that Association may use the client's personal data to:
- providing services and customer support at the request of the client;
- improving their own services, site content and advertising;
- client's notification about the services, news and advertising offers of the Association and the Association's partners via SMS, e-mails, mail, etc.
3. Disclosure of personal data.
Association has the right to provide personal data to third parties in the following limited cases:
- Association had received additional consent from the client;
- Association provides such information to its partners, subsidiaries, agencies and subcontractors, other third parties for the purpose for which this information was collected.
Association will require these persons to consent to the use of information in accordance with the instructions of the Association and these Rules, as well as other appropriate means of maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Association provides such information to law enforcement and other government agencies in response to their official request regarding a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. In this case, Association will disclose information relevant to the investigation, namely: name, delivery address, postal code, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, details of transactions.
- Association may provide third parties with general information (statistics, generalized information), which does not contain personal information and which does not identify the client individually.
User's personal data is stored on the Association's server, which can be physically located both in Ukraine and abroad. User confirms and grants Association the right to move personal data across the border of Ukraine for the purpose for which this information was collected. Association undertakes to take appropriate security measures to protect against unlawful interference or unlawful alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data of the user.
Personal data base is processed by the Association at the address: 01010, Kyiv, Ivan Mazepa street, 11-A, 23 office 72A, based on the legislation of Ukraine and this Privacy Policy.
Association bears sole and full legal responsibility for the protection of the client's personal data and for the collection, storage and use of the client's personal data.
4. Rights of users as subjects of personal data:
4.1. To know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or give an appropriate order to obtain such information by their authorized persons, except as provided by law.
4.2. To receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular on third parties to whom their personal data is transferred.
4.3. To access their personal data.
4.4. To receive response no later than thirty calendar days from date of submission of the request, except as provided by law, an answer as to whether their personal data are processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data.
4.5. To make reasoned request to the owner of personal data with objection to the processing of their personal data.
4.6. To make reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data, if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate.
4.7. To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, pride and business reputation of an individual .
4.8. To file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner or to the court.
4.9. To apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection.
4.10. To make reservations about restricting the right to process your personal data during consent.
4.11. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
4.12. To know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.
4.13. To protect against an automated solution that has the right consequences for him.
5. Deletion of personal data and refusal to mailings.
When User changes personal data, mentioned in paragraph 2 (for example, mobile phone, email address), as well as if the User no longer wants to use the services of the Association, we provide ability to change or delete / deactivate data.
Association also gives registered users the right to refuse to receive any promotional materials about the services provided through the service of Association. This can be done by going to the User's page in the "My Profile" section of the "Personal Account" section and clicking the "Edit Data" button.
User can refuse of receiving mailing by putting "Never" in front of the field "Mailing list". Or by clicking on the field "If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, click here" by opening the letter with the newsletter of the Association's service. In this case, Association reserves the right to use customer's personal data for purpose for which this information was collected, within one month after deactivation of information to complete the service (refund, warranty claims, responses to customer inquiries).
6. Association of Investors of Ukraine is an owner of the database of users of the Internet site www.uaa.ua.
